Passionist Institute in Christchurch, New Zealand

A Passionist Institute was held in Christchurch, New Zealand from Friday 7th September 2007 until Sunday 9th September 2007.

A group of twenty people gathered to reflect on the Passionist Charism in their lives and to come to know more about St. Paul of the Cross, Founder of the Passionists.

Thanks to Dave Dwan (seen in middle of photo) who assisted with the coordination of the weekend.

Pope Benedict XVI visits Loreto, Italy

Is that a Passionist Nun I see in the extreme right of this photo - taken during Pope Benedict’s recent visit to Loreto in Italy?

Perhaps - we have a monastery of Passionist Nuns at Via Maccari 104 in Loreto. The Monastery was founded in 1938.
